How Do Contingency Fees Work?

We work on contingency we only get paid if they get paid. There are some firms that might have a clause in their contract that says that if you’re not honest with us, maybe we’re going to charge you for any of our outstanding costs or things like that. But we don’t do that. It’s our policy never to charge a client a dime, no matter what happens. Our job is to fight for them, even if unfortunately, sometimes they’re not honest with us. It’s still our loss.
